Choupettes Lollipops

The manufacturing process of these lollipops is long and delicate. The sugar is cooked, coloured and flavoured before being worked on whilst it is cooling. At this stage the coloured strips of sugar are stuck to the main body and stretched to form a sausage shape. This is then cut with scissors to form each lollipop. The stick is placed on each lollipop, which is then wrapped by hand.
